D.C. CONSTANT is the Founder and President of The Non-profit organization Successful Wives Network (TSW NETWORK™) and creator of HIS GOOD THING! Signature Workshop custom designed for Professional Wives, who often find themselves wearing many “hats” to assist them with moving beyond barriers and closing gaps in their personal and professional endeavors. 

She is the Author of "The Perfect Imperfect Wife: My Journey Into Wifehood," Speaker and Podcaster with an expanded career with over 15 years in the non-profit sector, in Administration Management, Project Management, Business and Career Coaching. 

She has been married thirty years and has combined both her love for marriage and consulting, capturing and serving a successful unique niche.
