D.C. Constant is the Founder and CEO of The Successful Wives Network (TSW Network™), a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering wives through education, leadership development, personal growth, and community. With over 30 years of marriage and lived experience navigating partnership, entrepreneurship, and purpose-driven leadership, D.C. brings a rare blend of authenticity, strategy, and heart to her work.

Through TSW Network, she leads transformative cohorts, conferences, mixers, and digital programs designed to equip wives with tools for financial awareness, emotional wellness, communication, confidence, and long-term vision. Her work centers on strengthening women individually so marriages, families, and communities grow stronger collectively.

Beyond nonprofit leadership, D.C. is a content creator, speaker, and producer committed to telling real stories about marriage, resilience, and identity. 

She is the visionary behind His Good Thing!, a documentary exploring diverse heterosexual marriages and the evolving role of wives in modern relationships.

Known for her practical wisdom, grounded faith, and direct yet compassionate voice, D.C. has built a growing platform that supports wives at every stage of life. 

Her mission is simple but powerful: create spaces where wives and women feel seen, supported, and equipped to thrive — not just survive.
