D.C. Constant, Founder
D.C. Constant’s career has expanded with over 20 years in the Non-profit sector, with an earlier focus on Career & Business Coaching, developing prized Youth and Young Adults. While in the Non-profit sector, she worked as a Coach, Strategic Planner, Facilitator, Trainer and Workshop Leader.
She has a proven track record in a wide range of areas as an SME in Business Development and Management, Marketing, Client Relations, Strategic Planning and Publishing. She’s a graduate of Tiffin University, earning a degree in Business Management, and is a Certified Professional Coach, through 360 Consulting Group.
In addition to being an Author, Keynote Speaker and Entrepreneur, D.C. is passionate about marriages! She understands the work-life balance of running a business and being co-laboring with her husband, maintaining the home front. She founded The Successful Wives Network™ for professional wives, to assist them with their personal goals and professional business developments.
When she isn’t Coaching, Mentoring or Volunteering, you can find D.C. Constant, spending quality time with her husband, her Yorke, or in front of her laptop, writing her next blessed masterpiece!
Elizabeth “Liz” Rattray, Executive Advisor
Liz Rattray has a broad professional background with concentrations in writing and editing for print radio and television media. She has also work in the Cleveland non-profit community as a Recruitment Director for City Year AmeriCorps and a Corporate Trainer. She is an established business owner as a Licensed Independent Medicare Insurance Broker, providing valuable educational and decision-making information to retirees and disabled beneficiaries. She’s been happily married over 28 years where she serves in ministry together with her husband who’s also her best friend.
Jarita “Rita” Howard, Executive Advisor
Rita Howard is the Senior Direct Commercial Sales Associates for a well known large insurance company. She’s in leadership/development training for Concierge/Home Health Agency. Rita has over 10 years of expertise in the insurance industry, with experience ranging from Health & Wellness, Fitness and Entrepreneurship. She is the creator and leader of the online health and wellness group I’m In! She has been married for three years, and serves in ministry along side with her husband as Member Services Team coordinators at their local assembly.
